Sandy Rhodes is in his fourth year as the Zephyr's head coach. He has been coaching soccer since 1988, working with players from 7 to 22 years old. Coach Rhodes has been involved with The Back Mountain Youth Soccer Association and the Western Lehigh United Soccer Club. The holder of NSCAA regional and advanced regional diplomas, he was selected to coach the U-11 and U-12 Northeast Travel Select teams and twice worked with the Keystone State Games Junior Girls’ team for the Pocono Area. He also served as assistant coach to the Muhlenberg College women's team.

Mary Kate Erdman joined the Zephyr coaching staff in Fall 2008 following her graduation from Lafayette College. At Lafayette she was a four-year letter-winner on the women's soccer team and a member of the Patriot League Honor Roll as a mechanical and bioengineering student. As a Leopard, Erdman played started 51 games in net earning Stony Brook All-Tournament Team honors in 2006 and a rank of 2nd overall in career shutouts. Before Lafayette, Erdman attended Allentown Central Catholic High School where she was a multiple-sport athlete, garnering nine varsity letters. As co-captain of the soccer team she led the Vikettes to three straight appearances in the PIAA District XI Tournament. Her efforts earned her Team MVP, Lehigh Valley Conference Second Team honors, and was the ACCHS representative for both the Lions Club All-Star Classic and the Lehigh Valley Soccer Scholar-Athlete Foundation. Erdman was also a part of the largely successful Vikette Basketball Team, winning a state championship all four years she was at CCHS. She also spent a season as a member of the CCHS track team, placing 3rd in shot-put at the East Penn Conference Tournament. Previous coaching experience includes both soccer and basketball camps, particularly the goalkeeping camp, "Keepers of the Earth". Coach Rhodes brought Erdman to Whitehall High School, having coached her for many years at Western Lehigh United Soccer Club. She will direct the Zephyr goalkeeping unit, bringing years of playing experience and familiarity with the Lehigh Valley soccer landscape. Her direct coaching style, analytical approach, and experience as a female athlete will aptly supplement the Zephyr coaching corps.

This is Coach Lentz's first year with the Zephyrs Varsity and Junior Varsity squads.

Wolfgang begins his second season with the Zephyrs. He began his college career at Muhlenberg College and went on to captain the team at the University of New England serving as a player assistant coach during his senior year. Wolfgang continues to play and coach in the Lehigh Valley and has amassed 30 years experience as a player and over 13 years experience coaching youth and adult players at the local and regional levels. Wolfgang has also served as President and Technical Director of the Lower Macungie Soccer, consultant to the Lehigh Valley Women's Soccer League, and is currently the VP of Operations for the Pennsylvania Stoners and the Lehigh Valley Youth Soccer League. He has and continues to pursue his formal coaching education at the regional and national level having earned licenses and diplomas with the USSF and NSCAA. Wolfgang currently coaches the U16 Grifos Super Y Boys and the U16 and u19 LMYA Girls and runs summer training camps to prepare players for their fall club and high school seasons.
